Mama’s Tofu specializes in extra firm (really actually extra firm) organic, small-batch tofu. We hand make each batch from freshly produced soy milk using two kinds of coagulant and zero kinds of preservative. It’s the best tofu you’ll have, hands down (and we’re not even biased.) At 10g of protein and all 8 essential amino acids, this low fat super versatile food will take on any flavor you ask it to. Just ask nicely!
In 2015 we branched out and began producing seitan. It’s designed to be a savory blank slate, and can take the place of chicken, beef, or even fish in any dish. It’s dense enough to stand up to vigorous cooking methods and will soak up marinades and spice rubs. You can even put it in a crock pot with roast spices and veggies, and get that Sunday roast experience cruelty-free. Seitan is dense and protein rich (75g per serving). Your imagination is the limit.
